依法治国方略提出后,人们从不同的侧面研究怎样实现依法治国。笔者依法治国的关键是依法治党。如何改进和完善党的领导,是我们实现法治国家的一个不可忽视的问题。只有依法治党,依法治国方略才能全面落实。
After putting forward the strategy of governing the country according to law, people study how to realize the rule of law according to law from different aspects. The key to managing the country according to law is to govern the party according to law. How to improve and perfect the party’s leadership is an issue we can not neglect to realize the rule of law in our country. Only by governing the party according to law can we fully implement the strategy of governing the country according to law.
