本文对内墙为大模板现浇、外墙为预制混凝土墙板或砖砌的5~6层住宅结构的抗震性能作了研究。综合介绍下列研究项目:一、8层和6层结构模型(1/20缩尺)振动台试验,二、3层结构模型(13缩尺)反复加荷试验;三、33个钢筋池凝土剪力墙(开洞和不开洞)反复加荷试验;四、唐山地震多层住宅结构震害调查;五、实际房屋动力特性实测;六、这类结构的裂缝调查。 提出了钢筋混凝土剪力墙的强度、延性和最小配筋率。研究和评述了这类结构的倒坍过程、动力特性和恢复力特性。考虑空间作用的计算方法与模型试验作了对比,得到了比较满意的结果。
In this paper, the seismic performance of the 5-6-story residential structure with the inner wall being cast in large formwork and the outer wall being prefabricated concrete or brickwork was studied. The following research projects are introduced comprehensively: First, 8th and 6th floor models (1/20 scale) Shaking table tests, 2nd and 3rd floor models (13 scales) repeated loading tests; 3rd, 33 steel tanks Shear wall (open hole and no hole) repeated loading test; Fourth, Tangshan earthquake multi-story residential structure damage survey; Fifth, the actual real-time dynamic characteristics of housing; Six, this type of structure crack investigation. The strength, ductility, and minimum reinforcement ratio of reinforced concrete shear walls are proposed. Research and review of the structure of the dumping process, dynamic characteristics and restoring force characteristics. The calculation method considering the space effect was compared with the model test, and satisfactory results were obtained.
