广播电视改革是文化体制改革的重要组成部分,本文仅就广电改革的几个具体问题谈点粗浅的看法。这几个具体问题是:节目品牌化、运营频道化、制作公司化、投资多元化、管理集约化。一、节目品牌化品牌是个总概念,它是由品牌名称、品牌标志和商标构成。在市场竞争的条件下,谁拥有的知名品牌多,谁占有的市场份额就大,谁赢得的效益也就高。经济企业是这样,广播电视诸单位也是这样。
