[目的]了解影响建筑工地农民工感染艾滋病病毒(HIV)危险和脆弱性的特定因素,为制定有效的干预策略提供依据。[方法]2008年10月,对昆山市某建筑工地157名农民工进行问卷调查。[结果]调查157人,艾滋病防治知识知晓率为53.31%,其中艾滋病传播途径的知晓率为60.35%,非传播途径知识的知晓率为42.04%(P<0.01)。影响建筑工地农民工感染HIV的脆弱性的主要因素为艾滋病防治知识的知晓率低、家庭的经济压力大、自身做出合理决定的能力或付诸于行动的能力差、不善于利用卫生服务机构和用品等。[结论]预防艾滋病知识知晓率情况,医疗卫生机构和卫生服务设施的利用情况,做出合理决定或付诸于行动的能力,维护自身权利情况以及家庭的经济压力是建筑工地农民工感染HIV的脆弱性的主要原因。
[Objective] To understand the specific factors influencing the HIV risk and vulnerability of migrant workers in construction sites and provide the basis for developing effective intervention strategies. [Method] In October 2008, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 157 migrant workers in a construction site in Kunshan. [Results] The awareness rate of AIDS prevention and control was 53.31%. Among them, the awareness rate of AIDS transmission was 60.35% and that of non-transmission route was 42.04% (P <0.01). The main factors affecting the vulnerability of migrant workers in construction sites to HIV infection are the low awareness rate of HIV / AIDS prevention knowledge, the pressure of economic pressure on families, their ability to make reasonable decisions or their ability to act poorly, poor utilization of health service agencies And supplies.
