为了分析10种国产姜黄属(Curcuma)植物的亲缘关系和遗传多样性,运用ISSR(inter-simple sequence repeat)分子标记,从80条引物中筛选出23条引物可以对姜黄属物种进行遗传分析,共扩增出198条多态性带,多态性条带比率(PPB)为94.73%。利用NTSYS-pc软件计算69份材料间的遗传相似系数为0.63~0.98,平均为0.805。根据ISSR进行聚类分析可将69份材料分为三大类。结果表明川郁金可能是姜黄的栽培变种,同时种间的亲缘关系与地理环境有一定的关系,因此,ISSR分子标记是一种分析姜黄属植物遗传多样性十分有效的方法。
In order to analyze the genetic relationship and genetic diversity of 10 species of domestic Curcuma plants, ISSR (inter-simple sequence repeat) molecular markers were used to screen the curcuma species from 23 primers, A total of 198 polymorphic bands were amplified, with a polymorphic banding ratio (PPB) of 94.73%. The genetic similarity coefficient of 69 materials calculated by NTSYS-pc software was 0.63 ~ 0.98 with an average of 0.805. According to the ISSR cluster analysis 69 materials can be divided into three categories. The results showed that Chuan Yujin may be a turmeric cultivars, at the same time the genetic relationship between the species and the geographical environment has a certain relationship, therefore, ISSR molecular markers is a genetic diversity of Curcuma is a very effective method.
