目的 :测定不同类型缺血性脑血管病 (ICVD)患者血浆内皮素 (ET 1)与降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)含量 ,以探讨早期治疗对策。方法 :采用RIA法检测。结果 :脑梗死、脑动脉硬化、椎 基底动脉供血不足组ET 1升高 ,与健康对照组相比差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。 3组患者中的CGRP水平与对照组相比 ,差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :ET 1升高和CGRP的降低与缺血性脑血管病的损伤程度有关 ,说明ET 1和CGRP参与脑缺血形成机制。可将此改变作为早期判断ICVD病情严重程度的指标之一。
Objective: To determine the levels of plasma endothelin (ET 1) and calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) in patients with different types of ischemic cerebrovascular disease (ICVD) to explore the early treatment strategies. Methods: The RIA method was used. Results: ET 1 in cerebral infarction, cerebral arteriosclerosis and vertebrobasilar insufficiency group was significantly higher than that in healthy controls (P <0.05). The level of CGRP in the three groups was not significantly different from the control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The increase of ET 1 and the decrease of CGRP are related to the degree of injury of ischemic cerebrovascular disease, indicating that ET 1 and CGRP are involved in the mechanism of cerebral ischemia. This change can be used as an early indicator of the severity of ICVD.
