在当今中国城镇化快速发展的进程中,对土地在征收过程中出现的问题日益显现,从而引起群起性纠纷事件的发生,其中重要原因之一就是在土地征收补偿过程中存在严重的分歧。因此,本文在借鉴各国土地征收补偿制度的经验基础上,对土地征收补偿制度产生的背景记在我国的发展现状进行比较详细的描述,并且对我国土地征收补偿制度的利弊进行深刻的剖析,旨在提出一些完善我国土地征收补偿制度的对策性建议。
In the process of rapid urbanization in China today, the problems that appear in the process of expropriation of land become more and more obvious, causing the occurrence of mass incidents. One of the important reasons is that there are serious differences in the process of land expropriation and compensation. Therefore, based on the experience of land compensation system in other countries, this paper describes the background of land acquisition compensation system in China in detail and compares the advantages and disadvantages of land compensation system in China. Some suggestions are put forward to improve the compensation system for land expropriation in China.
