目的:分析和探究基层医院传染病防控工作中存在的问题,并结合实际情况提出有效建议,用来指导临床实践。方法:对基层医护人员和传染病患者护理情况进行随机访问,督促其填写调查问卷,结合现场抽查的方式,分析当前基层传染病工作中存在的亟待解决问题,并给出合理建议。结果与结论:基层医院传染病防控工作问题,包括硬件设备投入不够,管理形式化、表面化,传染病防控措施的落实差强人意,基层医护人员的感染防控的综合素质较差。针对这些问题,建议从环境设备、人才培养两方面同时着手整改,并合理分配人力、财力、物力,实现医院资源优化升级。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze and explore the existing problems in the prevention and control of infectious diseases in primary hospitals, and to put forward effective recommendations based on the actual situation to guide the clinical practice. Methods: The nursing staff of primary care and infectious diseases were randomly visited. They were urged to fill in the questionnaire and analyze the problems to be solved in the current work of grassroots infectious diseases by means of spot checks. The reasonable suggestions were given. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The prevention and control of infectious diseases in grass-roots hospitals, including inadequate input of hardware and equipment, formalization and superficial management of infectious diseases, and poor implementation of prevention and control measures for infectious diseases, have resulted in poor overall quality of prevention and control of infection among grassroots medical staff. In view of these problems, it is suggested that both environmental equipment and personnel training be simultaneously rectified and rectified, and human resources, financial resources and material resources should be rationally allocated so as to optimize and upgrade hospital resources.
