目的贯彻落实《职业病防治法》等法律法规,从源头上控制和消除职业病危害,从职业病防治角度评估建设项目的可行性。方法采用类比法、调查表法对建设项目建成后可能产生和存在的粉尘、噪声、14种毒物、电离辐射、工频电场等职业病危害因素进行预评价。结果类比企业毒物、电离辐射、工频电场不超标,粉尘和噪声部分超标。结论该项目属于严重职业病危害建设项目,必须充分落实各项职业病危害防护措施和建议,建成后方可满足职业卫生要求。
Objective To implement laws and regulations such as Occupational Disease Prevention Law and control and eliminate occupational hazards from the source, and evaluate the feasibility of construction projects from the perspective of prevention and control of occupational diseases. Methods Analogy and questionnaire were used to evaluate the possible occupational hazards such as dust, noise, 14 poisons, ionizing radiation and power frequency electric field after the construction project was completed. Results Analogy poisonous enterprises, ionizing radiation, power frequency electric field does not exceed the standard, dust and noise part of the standard. Conclusion This project belongs to the serious occupational hazard construction project. It is necessary to fully implement the protective measures and suggestions on occupational hazards and to meet the requirements of occupational hygiene after it is completed.
