目的建立保健食品中敌敌畏等16种有机磷农药残留的气相色谱测定方法,了解浙江市场上植物或真菌为原料的保健食品中有机磷农药残留情况。方法用乙腈提取样品中农药残留,使用Rtx-1701色谱柱分离目标物,使用带火焰光度检测器(FPD)的气相检测。结果 16种有机磷在0.1~2.0 mg·L~(-1)内呈现良好的线性,定量限(S/N=10)均为0.05 mg·kg~(-1),检出限(S/N=3)在0.01~0.02 mg·kg~(-1)内,在0.25,0.4,1.0 mg·kg~(-1) 3个添加浓度水平下,16种有机磷的加样回收率为75%~120%。市场抽样90批保健品,有机磷检出12批,检出率为13.3%。结论该方法简单、快速、准确,适用于保健品中有机磷农药残留的检测。
Objective To establish a gas chromatographic method for the determination of 16 organophosphorus pesticide residues, such as dichlorvos in health food, and to understand the residues of organophosphorus pesticides in health food from plants or fungi in Zhejiang market. Methods Pesticide residues in samples were extracted with acetonitrile. The target compounds were separated on a Rtx-1701 column and detected by gas phase with flame photometric detector (FPD). Results The 16 organophosphorus showed a good linearity within the range of 0.1-2.0 mg · L -1 with the limit of quantitation (S / N = 10) of 0.05 mg · kg -1. The detection limit (S / N = 3) The recoveries of 16 organophosphates in the range of 0.01-0.02 mg · kg -1 at the concentrations of 0.25, 0.4 and 1.0 mg · kg -1 were 75 % ~ 120%. The market samples 90 batches of health products, 12 batches of organic phosphorus were detected, the detection rate was 13.3%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate and suitable for the detection of organophosphorus pesticide residues in health care products.
