成分控制是化工企业最困难而又最重要的控制项目。多年来国内这方面的工作比较薄弱,重要的问题是在线分析仪表的使用及信号的处理还存在许多问题。我厂于84年运用微机实现了工业色谱仪对氨合成入塔气中H_2/N_2在线直接控制,并准备进一步增加前馈调节,完成驰放气的控制,以达到更好的控制效果。我厂的控制系统结构简单,运行稳定,具有较好的价格功能比,取得了明显的经济效益,于85年11月通过了省级鉴定。
Chemical composition control is the most difficult and most important control project. The domestic work in this area has been rather weak over the years. The important issue is that there are still many problems with the use of online analytical instruments and signal processing. I plant in 1984 using the computer to achieve industrial chromatography on the ammonia synthesis into the tower gas H_2 / N_2 online direct control, and prepared to further increase the feedforward adjustment to complete the Chi gas control to achieve better control effect. The control system of our factory has the advantages of simple structure, stable operation, better price-to-performance ratio and obvious economic benefits. It passed provincial appraisal in November of that year.
