河南省人民政府于8月25日发出通知,决定在全省开展城市规划执法检查,要求各市、县人民政府加强领导,认真组织,切实做好城市规划执法检查和自查工作。河南省建设厅、监察厅、土地管理局、法制局依据通知精神作出具体部署。执法检查将以地方自检与省抽检相结合的方式进行,即在各市、地人民政府对本地区城市规划执法情况进行检查和总结的基础上,由省建设厅会同省监察厅、省土地局、省政府法制局
The People’s Government of Henan Province issued a notice on August 25th, deciding to carry out urban planning law enforcement inspections in the province, demanding that the municipal and county people’s governments strengthen their leadership and conscientiously organize and do a good job in urban planning law enforcement inspections and self-examination. Henan Provincial Department of Construction, Supervision Department, Land Administration Bureau, and Legal Affairs Bureau made specific arrangements in accordance with the spirit of the notice. The law enforcement inspections will be conducted in a combination of local self-checks and provincial sampling inspections. That is, on the basis of inspections and summaries of city planning and law enforcement by the local people’s governments, the Provincial Department of Construction will join the provincial supervision department and the provincial land bureau.
