随着旅游收入在我国国民生产总值中占的比例越来越大,旅游业在我国国民经济发展中的地位越来越重要。我国的旅游教育机构和旅游专业人才都在增加,但旅游企业人才流失却越来越严重、旅游高校毕业生普遍出现了“有业不就”的现象。我国旅游业的发展和旅游人才的就业之间出现了严重的矛盾,文章正是针对这个问题进行的探讨与分析。
With the proportion of tourism income in our country’s GNP increasing, the status of tourism in our country’s national economic development is more and more important. China’s tourism education institutions and tourism professionals are increasing, but the loss of talent in tourism enterprises is more and more serious, graduates of tourism colleges and universities generally appear “industry is not ” phenomenon. There is a serious contradiction between the development of tourism and the employment of tourism talents in our country. The article is just a discussion and analysis on this issue.
