按布莱克的理论,以色列的现代化历程可分为现代性的挑战、现代化领导的强固、经济和社会的转变及社会整合四个阶段,教育在这几个阶段中具有不同的功能作用。社会的整合、经济的发展及发达国家地位的保持是现代化领导人面临的永恒课题。教育功能的适时灵活发挥是以色列创造奇迹的根本原因。
According to Black’s theory, Israel’s modernization process can be divided into four stages: the challenge of modernity, the consolidation of the modern leadership, the economic and social transformation, and social integration. Education has different functions in these phases. The integration of society, the development of economy and the preservation of the status of developed countries are the eternal topics that the modern leaders face. The timely and flexible development of educational functions is the root cause of Israel’s miracle.
