随着数字出版技术的突飞猛进,手机出版、互联网出版、云出版等新业态得到广泛应用并受到用户的极度青睐。在出版新业态和传统业态相互交融时期,如何让公民受益或享受各种数字出版新业态的公共服务产品和服务,为构建多层次、多渠道、广覆盖、可持续的出版公共服务新格局打下坚实的基础,这是全媒体环境下出版人应该思考的课题。文章以地理地图类公共服务产品及其出版为主要案例,探讨新业态架构下出版公共服务内容的变化、困局与突破策略。
With the rapid development of digital publishing technology, new formats such as mobile publishing, internet publishing and cloud publishing have been widely applied and highly favored by users. How to make citizens benefit from or enjoy various public service products and services with new format of digital publishing in the period of publishing new format and traditional format, setting a new pattern of publishing public service with multi-level, multi-channel, broad coverage and sustainable development A solid foundation, which is the issue of publishers should think in the all media environment. This article takes the geographic map public service product and its publication as the main case to discuss the changes, difficulties and breakthrough strategies of publishing public service content under the new format.
