本研究拟考察想象法是否能降低大学生烟民对香烟的渴求程度和实际抽烟量。将65名自愿参与本实验男性大学生烟民随机分为3个组:想象抽烟组(在录音指导下想象烟)、想象移动烟组(在录音指导下想象把香烟从一个盒子移到另一个盒子)和想象移动扣子组(控制组,在录音指导下想象把扣子从一处移到另一处)。实验的因变量为实验前、实验后渴求程度的改变和实验后的实际抽烟量。结果表明:3组被试的实验后实际抽烟量差异不显著,但是渴求变化差异显著。想象抽烟组的实验后-实验前渴求水平变化值(M=-4.70±5.08)显著低于想象移动烟组(M=10.31±3.72),和想象移动扣子组(M=-8.42±6.08)差异不显著。因此,想象抽烟法或许可能成为值得推广的大学生戒烟的一种新途径。
This study examines whether imagination can reduce the degree of craving for cigarettes and actual smoking among college students smokers.
