<正> 幾年來,隨着國家經濟的恢復和發展,六二六厂的職工人數也在不斷的增加。一九五○年,老工人佔總數百分之八十。現在是新工人佔總數百分之八十,成为完成生產任務的决定性的力量。因此,對新工人的關心与培養也就成为領導上必須經常重視的工作了。工會在黨委與上級工會領導下,在行政與青年團的支持與配合下,在提高工人技術水平方面,會經進行了一系列的工作,獲得了不少成績。在新工人中,已有百停之九十三昇为技工,而且他們的技術水平还在不斷提高。
