全球大约有15%的糖尿病患者有发展成为足溃疡的可能,其中6%需要住院治疗。糖尿病足(DF)的治疗已成为威胁人类健康的世界性公共卫生问题,需要更为有效的治疗方案。脐带间充质干细胞(UCMSCs)是具有自我复制和多向分化潜能的原始细胞,可通过改善糖尿病下肢缺血、修复糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)及调节免疫等方面促进足部创面愈合,且Wnt/β-catenin信号通路在治疗中发挥重要的调节作用。UCMSCs治疗已成为治疗糖尿病及其并发症的一种有潜力的治疗新方法,具有广阔的应用前景。
About 15% of diabetic patients worldwide have the potential to develop foot ulcers, of whom 6% require hospitalization. The treatment of diabetic foot (DF) has become a worldwide public health problem that threatens human health and requires more effective treatment options. Umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (UCMSCs) are primordial cells that have the potential of self-replication and multi-directional differentiation. They can promote foot wound healing by improving diabetic lower limb ischemia, repairing diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) and regulating immunity, and Wnt / β-catenin signaling pathway plays an important regulatory role in the treatment. UCMSCs treatment has become a potential treatment of diabetes and its complications of a new treatment method, has broad application prospects.
