采用文献资料、问卷调查和数理统计等方法,对山东省高校的体育工作情况进行了调查研究,结果发现:学生对体育教学基本满意,对课外活动的满意度较低,对体质测试工作存在抵触情绪。提出“加强科学健身理论知识的传授,建立健全课外活动的规章制度,加大体测工作重要性的宣传”是进一步增强学生体质,提高大学生对高校体育工作满意度的主要措施。
By means of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, the author conducted a survey on the physical education in colleges and universities in Shandong Province. The results showed that the students were satisfied with physical education and satisfied with extracurricular activities, mood. Put forward “to strengthen scientific fitness theoretical knowledge, establish and improve rules and regulations of extra-curricular activities, and increase the importance of physical testing publicity” is to further enhance the students ’physique and improve college students’ satisfaction with the university sports major measures.
