文中对小康社会进行了初步研究，并在此基础上制订了测量小康社会的基本框架，操作指标体系，设计了评价模型，并以玉泉地区为例作了应用分析．
In this paper, a preliminary study of a well-to-do society has been carried out. On this basis, a basic framework for the measurement of a well-to-do society, an operational indicator system, and an evaluation model have been formulated. An analysis of the application has taken place in the area of Yuquan.
