通过极化曲线测试、浸泡实验和表面分析技术研究了不同交流电流密度对X65钢在碳酸盐/碳酸氢盐溶液中腐蚀行为的影响.随交流电流密度的增加,钝化区宽度明显变窄,点蚀击破电位负移,维钝电流密度增大,腐蚀速率增加.在低交流电流密度下(<100A·m-2),维钝电流密度、点蚀程度和腐蚀速率均略增加;在高交流电流密度下(≥100A·m-2),维钝电流密度、点蚀程度和腐蚀速率均快速增加.
The effects of different AC current density on the corrosion behavior of X65 steel in carbonate / bicarbonate solution were investigated by polarization curve test, immersion test and surface analysis technique. The width of the passivation zone was significantly narrower with the increase of AC current density , And the negative pitting corrosion potential is negative, the current density increases, and the corrosion rate increases. At low AC current density (<100A · m-2), the current density, pitting corrosion rate and corrosion rate increase slightly At high AC current density (≥100A · m-2), the current density, pitting corrosion rate and corrosion rate rapidly increase.
