采用Sn(Ⅱ)还原法,系统研究了反应条件对186Re-BLM形成的影响.结果表明:pH值对络合物产额影响最大.以葡萄糖酸钠为保护剂,可避免反应过程中铼的重新氧化,并建立了pH3—4.5时产额达98%的制备条件.
The effect of reaction conditions on the formation of 186Re-BLM was studied systematically by Sn (Ⅱ) reduction method. The results showed that pH value had the greatest influence on the yield of complex. With sodium gluconate as the protective agent, the reoxidation of rhenium during the reaction can be avoided, and the production conditions of 98% of the yield at pH3-4.5 are established.
