目的 探讨大面积烧伤患者外周血T h17细胞及相关细胞因子变化.方法 采用流式细胞术和ELISA法分别检测20例烧伤面积≥30%总体表面积患者(A组)和10例健康志愿者(B组)的外周血T h17细胞和IL-17、IL-6浓度.A组采血时间为≤伤后6 h(T 1)、伤后24 h(T 2)和7 d(T3).结果 T1和T2时,A组Th17细胞比例和血浆IL-17、IL-6浓度均高于B组(P<0.01);T3时,A组外周血Th17细胞比例和血浆IL-17、IL-6浓度低于T1、T2时和B组(P<0.05).结论 大面积烧伤患者于烧伤后,由T淋巴细胞介导的细胞免疫功能先是增强,而后明显受到抑制,机体免疫功能下降.“,”Objective To investigate the changes of Th17 cells and related cytokines in peripheral blood in the patients with extensive burn .Methods The propotion of Th17 cells and expressions of IL-17 and IL-6 in peripheral blood were detected by flow cytometry and ELISA in 20 patients(group A) with burn area≥30% of total body surface area at 6 hours(T1) ,24 hours(T2) and 7 days (T3 ) after burn .Ten healthy volunteers were taken as the controls (group B) .Results The propotion of Th17 cells and plasma expressions of IL-17 and IL-6 at T1 and T2 were higher in group A than those in group B(P<0 .01) ,which in group A at T3 were lower than those at T1 and T2 and those in group B ( P<0 .05 ) .Conclusion The cellular immune function mediated by T lymphocytes in the patients with extensive burn is enhanced after burn at first and depressed thereafter with a reduced immune function .
