近年来micro RNA(miRNA)领域已成为研究热点。miR-7是其中重要的成员,在多种肿瘤细胞中表达下调,充当抑癌基因的角色。目前研究发现,miR-7在胃癌中存在多种信号通路调控不同的靶基因抑制胃癌的发生与发展。miR-7可能成为胃癌诊断、治疗和预后的标志物及潜在生物治疗靶分子。本文就miR-7与胃癌的发生发展、相关靶基因和治疗方面的研究进展作一综述。
In recent years, the field of micro RNA (miRNA) has become a research hotspot. miR-7 is an important member of it, which is down-regulated in various tumor cells and plays a role of tumor suppressor gene. The present study found that miR-7 in gastric cancer exists a variety of signaling pathways regulate different target genes inhibit the occurrence and development of gastric cancer. miR-7 may become a potential marker of gastric cancer diagnosis, treatment and prognosis as well as a potential biotherapeutic target molecule. This review summarizes the progress of miR-7 in the development of gastric cancer, related target genes and therapies.
