以卡环锁、钢球锁、指形锁3种飞机起落架作动筒内锁为研究对象,阐述了3种作动筒内锁的工作原理,分析了3种内锁核心构件的受力情况、开锁压力和工艺要求。研究分析结果表明:钢球锁上锁力小,制造、安装方便;卡环锁上锁力大,工艺要求高;指形锁上锁压力大,稳定可靠,制造、安装难度大。
Taking the lock of the card lock, the steel ball lock and the finger lock as the research objects, the working principle of the three types of lock cylinder lock was elaborated. The force of the three kinds of lock lock core components Situation, unlock pressure and process requirements. Research and analysis results show that the locking force of the steel ball is small, which is easy to manufacture and install; the locking force of the snap ring is large and the process requirement is high; the locking pressure of the finger lock is large, stable and reliable, and the manufacture and installation are difficult.
