目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructivesleepapnea-hypopneasyndrome,OSAHS)、阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征相关性高血压(obstructivesleepapnea-hypopneaassociatedhypertension,OSAHAHT)患者血清基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)及其抑制剂-基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子1(TIMP-1)水平的变化。方法用酶联免疫吸附法对20例OSAHS、OSAHAHT患者血清MMP-9和TIMP-1水平测定,与16例健康对照组进行比较。结果OSAHS、OSAHAHT患者血清MMP-9水平较正常对照组明显升高,有显著统计学意义,TIMP-1在OSAHS与对照组无明显差异,在OSAHAHT与对照组有明显差异,OSAHS、OSAHAHT患者血清MMP-9与反映睡眠呼吸暂停严重程度的指标有明显相关性。结论OSAHS、OSAHAHT患者存在MMP-9及TIMP-1代谢的异常,血清MMP-9可反映睡眠呼吸暂停病情的严重程度。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP-9) in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) and obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea associated hypertension (OSAHAHT) And its inhibitor, the expression of tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase 1 (TIMP-1). Methods Serum levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in 20 patients with OSAHS and OSAHAHT were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and compared with 16 healthy controls. Results The serum levels of MMP-9 in patients with OSAHS and OSAHAHT were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P <0.05). The levels of MMP-9 in OSAHS and OSAHAHT patients were significantly higher than those in OSAHS patients. There was no significant difference between OSAHS and control group. MMP-9 and reflect the severity of sleep apnea indicators have a significant correlation. Conclusion There are abnormal metabolism of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in patients with OSAHS and OSAHAHT. Serum MMP-9 may reflect the severity of sleep apnea.
