目的探讨子宫肌瘤、子宫颈癌和卵巢恶性肿瘤的疾病与手术编码问题。方法根据肿瘤的具体部位进行疾病分类,依据手术范围、入路、方式及伴随的其他操作决定手术编码。结果介绍了三种疾病的分类原则及编码方法。结论疾病编码应阅读手术记录明确病变部位,手术编码应按手术切除的范围和是否伴随有盆腔淋巴结清扫,决定手术编码。
Objective To investigate the problems and surgical coding of uterine myoma, cervical cancer and ovarian cancer. Methods According to the specific location of the tumor classification of disease, according to the scope of surgery, approach, methods and other operations with the decision of surgical coding. Results The classification principles and coding methods of the three diseases were introduced. Conclusions The disease code should be read and the operation record should be made clear of the lesion site. The surgical coding should be performed according to the scope of surgical resection and pelvic lymph node dissection.
