以发电厂厂房钢结构中普遍采用的梁-柱-支撑节点为对象,根据工作点的不同,设计3个试件,进行单向加载试验。首先将极限承载力的试验结果与现有设计方法的计算结果进行分析对比,给出相应的计算建议;其次对单调加载时斜支撑轴力进行受力分析;最后与反复加载的试验结果进行对比。研究结果表明,不同的传力点在设计中的承载能力有一定区别;当支撑不出现屈服、连接角钢的强度和刚度满足要求时,采用现有方法进行计算是偏于安全的;若连接角钢的强度和刚度不能满足要求时,应采用所提出的计算方法进行计算。
Taking the beam-column-support node commonly used in the steel structure of the power plant as an object, three specimens are designed according to different working points to carry out the unidirectional loading test. Firstly, the experimental results of ultimate bearing capacity are compared with those of the existing design methods, and the corresponding calculation suggestions are given. Secondly, the axial force analysis of the diagonal brace during monotonic loading is carried out. Finally, the experimental results are compared . The results show that there is a certain difference between the carrying capacity of different power transmission points in the design. When the support does not yield, the strength and stiffness of the connecting angle meet the requirements, it is safer to use the existing methods to calculate. Strength and stiffness can not meet the requirements, should be calculated using the proposed calculation method.
