目的了解张家港市游泳池水的卫生状况,以及时解决其存在问题,保障人民群众身体健康。方法 2012—2013年对张家港市辖区内宾馆附属、社会经营、专业体育场馆等三类游泳池池水进行采样,依据《公共场所卫生标准检验方法》对游离性余氯、浑浊度、尿素、p H值、细菌总数、大肠菌群等6项指标进行检测,根据《游泳场所卫生标准》进行评价。结果 2012—2013年采集的255份样品中合格的150份,总合格率为58.8%,2012年合格率为59.7%(92/154),2013年合格率为57.4%(58/101)。浑浊度、p H值合格率均为100.0%,尿素、细菌总数、大肠菌群、游离性余氯合格率分别为74.5%(190/255)、87.8%(224/255)、97.3%(248/255)、76.5%(195/255)。宾馆附属游泳池池水合格率为71.9%(69/96);社会经营游泳池池水合格率为41.7%(48/115);专业体育场馆游泳池池水合格率为75.0%(33/44)。三类游泳池池水的尿素、细菌总数、游离余性氯的合格率差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论张家港市游泳池池水总体合格率不高,卫生行政部门应加强对游泳场所的卫生监督管理和分类指导。
Objective To understand the health status of swimming pool water in Zhangjiagang City and solve its existing problems in time to ensure the health of the people. Methods From 2012 to 2013, samples of three types of swimming pool water in affiliated hotels, social management and professional sports stadiums in Zhangjiagang were sampled. According to the test method of public health standards, the free residual chlorine, turbidity, urea, p H value , The total number of bacteria, coliform bacteria and other six indicators for testing, according to “swimming place health standards” for evaluation. Results Among the 255 samples collected in 2012-2013, the total qualified rate was 58.8%. The pass rate in 2012 was 59.7% (92/154). The pass rate in 2013 was 57.4% (58/101). The qualified rates of turbidity and p H value were 100.0%. The pass rates of urea, bacteria, coliform bacteria and free residual chlorine were 74.5% (190/255), 87.8% (224/255), 97.3% (248) /255) 76.5% (195/255). The passing rate of the swimming pool attached to the hotel was 71.9% (69/96). The pass rate of social swimming pool was 41.7% (48/115). The passing rate of the swimming pool of professional gymnasium was 75.0% (33/44). The qualified rates of urea, total bacteria and free residual chlorine in the three types of swimming pool water were all statistically significant (all P <0.01). Conclusion The overall pass rate of swimming pool in Zhangjiagang City is not high, and the health administrative department should strengthen the supervision and management of the swimming places and the classification guidance.
