近来我院采用奥扎格雷钠注射液治疗脑梗死患者,其中2例发生频繁膈肌痉挛,现报道如下。1临床资料2例患者均为女性,年龄分别为58岁和65岁。1例早前患过脑梗死6年,现又患复发性脑梗死。入院后均给予奥扎格雷钠注射液100 ml,静脉滴注10 min,5 min后患者出现频繁膈肌痉挛症状,遂立即停药,停药后1 min和7 min症状缓解,症状缓解后体温、脉搏、血压无改变。
Recently, Ozagrel sodium injection in our hospital for patients with cerebral infarction, including 2 cases of frequent diaphragmatic spasm are reported below. 1 Clinical data 2 patients were female, aged 58 and 65 respectively. One patient had a cerebral infarction for 6 years and had recurrent cerebral infarction. After admission, all the patients were given Ozagrel sodium injection 100 ml intravenously for 10 minutes. After 5 minutes, the patients developed frequent symptoms of diaphragmatic spasm. Then the patients were stopped immediately and the symptoms were relieved at 1 minute and 7 minutes after drug withdrawal. Pulse, no change in blood pressure.
