“检调对接”作为一种矛盾调解工作的新思路、新举措,是指检察机关在履行法律监督职能过程中,服务大局,保障民生,综合运用法律监督、协商调解等多种方法,着力化解检察机关办案环节矛盾纠纷的工作机制,体现了执法为民的最基本要求。本文以笔者所在地区基层院开展的“检调对接”工作为蓝本,对开展“检调对接”的可行性及价值进行分析,并从基层检察院“检调对接”的职能范围、基本原则及运行模式着手,着重阐述“检调对接”工作机制中存在的困难及完善构想。

This paper analyzes the feasibility and value of conducting “inspection and docking” in the “Inspection and Docking Docking” work carried out by the grassroots units in the area where the author is located. From the functions of “Prosecutorial Docking” at the grassroots level, Scope, basic principles and operating modes, focusing on the difficulties and perfect ideas in the working mechanism of “checking and docking”.
