从2012年3月起,长沙电业局根据国家电网公司和湖南省电力公司“大营销”体系建设的统一安排部署,围绕“变革组织架构、创新管理方式、优化业务流程”的总体要求,以“客户导向型、机构扁平化、业务集约化、管理专业化、管控实时化、服务协同化”的“一型五化”为整体目标启动了“大营销”体系建设实施工作。随着改革的不断深入,新旧体系实现平稳对接,人员、业务实现有序调整,为在“三集五大”新体系下积极高效推进营销工作奠定了坚实的基础。
