目的本实验通过测定动情期和间情期雌性大鼠下丘脑、腺垂体、卵巢组织中P物质(Substance P,SP)和卵巢中雌二醇(estrogen,E2)、孕酮(progesterone,P)的含量,探讨生殖轴中P物质与E2、P的关系,研究P物质在大鼠生殖中的作用。方法取SD健康雌性大鼠20只,自然光照周期,自由食水。采用阴道涂片方法测定大鼠性周期,将大鼠断头后分别取下丘脑、腺垂体和卵巢组织,应用放射免疫方法,测定大鼠各性周期中下丘脑、腺垂体、卵巢组织中P物质及卵巢组织中E2、P的含量。结果动情期中大鼠下丘脑组织中SP含量为(25.60±1.50)pg/mg湿重组织;腺垂体SP含量为(20.75±1.30)pg/mg湿重组织;卵巢SP含量为(15.43±1.20)pg/mg湿重组织;卵巢组织中E2含量为(86.65±2.30)pg/mg湿重组织;P含量为(10.60±1.20)ng/mg湿重组织;间情期中大鼠下丘脑SP含量为(58.55±1.24)pg/mg湿重组织;腺垂体SP含量为(30.60±1.42)pg/mg湿重组织,卵巢SP含量为(20.50±1.10)pg/mg湿重组织,卵巢组织中E2含量为(40.50±2.10)pg/mg湿重组织,P含量为(5.45±0.23)ng/mg湿重组织。结论在动情期大鼠下丘脑,腺垂体和卵巢组织中的SP含量均较间情期少,而在动情期中大鼠卵巢组织中的E2、P含量均明显高于动情期,在间情期,随着下丘脑,腺垂体和卵巢组织中SP含量增加,卵巢组织中的E2、P的含量均减少。提示,SP对卵巢E2、P的生成有明显抑制作用。

Tip, SP ovarian E2, P production was significantly inhibited.
