运用相似材料模型试验,得出了顶煤冒放的桥拱式、半拱式和柱式等3种结构。在煤层条件对顶煤冒放性影响研究的基础上,用有限元正交数值试验,进一步研究了开采工艺参数对顶煤冒放性的影响规律。介绍分析了硬顶煤的预注水软化和预爆破弱化处理方法及应用效果。
Using the similar material model test, three kinds of structures, such as bridge arch, semi-arch and column, are put forward. Based on the research on the influence of coal seam conditions on the top coal discharge, the influence of mining parameters on the top coal caving was further studied by using the finite element orthogonal numerical experiment. Introduced and analyzed the pre-injection softening and pre-blasting weakening method and application effect of hard top coal.
