目的探讨缩宫素在人工流产术后即时放置爱母环中的临床应用效果。方法 100例已婚妊娠妇女,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。两组均实施人工流产术,观察组人工流产术后使用缩宫素即时放置爱母环,对照组人工流产术后不使用缩宫素即时放置爱母环。观察两组患者术后出血、阴道分泌物、月经情况以及避孕效果、上环脱落及术后疼痛情况。结果治疗后,观察组术后出血量情况:少于月经量45例,等于月经量3例,多余月经量2例;出血时间(5.05±1.21)d;阴道分泌物情况:增多2例;月经情况:月经周期正常35例,经量增多8例,经期延长4例,痛经2例;避孕失败1例;环脱落1例;术后疼痛发生率4例(8.00%)。对照组患者术后出血量情况:少于月经量25例,等于月经量18例,多于月经量7例;出血时间(7.05±1.67)d;阴道分泌物情况:增多8例;月经情况:月经周期正常15例,经量增多10例,经期延长8例,痛经10例;避孕失败7例;环脱落13例;术后疼痛率15例(30.00%)。观察组术后出血量、出血时间、阴道分泌物情况、月经情况以及避孕效果、环脱落情况、术后疼痛情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人工流产术后即时放置爱母环应用缩宫素可减少术中出血量,减少分泌物,临床避孕效果更高,值得推广使用。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of oxytocin placed in loving mother ring immediately after induced abortion. The control group of patients with postoperative bleeding: less than 25 cases of menstruation, equal to 18 cases of menstrual flow, more than 7 cases of menstrual flow; bleeding time (7.05 ± 1.67) d; vaginal discharge: an increase of 8 cases; menstruation: Menstrual cycle was normal in 15 cases, the volume increased by 10 cases, 8 cases of menstruation, dysmenorrhea in 10 cases; contraception failure in 7 cases; ring off in 13 cases; postoperative pain rate in 15 cases (30.00%). Postoperative bleeding, bleeding time, vaginal discharge, menstruation, contraceptive effect, circumcision and postoperative pain were all better in the observation group than in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Immediate use of oxytocin in the mother ring after artificial abortion can reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding and reduce the secretion, and the clinical contraception is more effective and worthy of promotion.
