用甲苯胺蓝染色对不同种小景感染日本血吸虫后结肠粘膜肥大细胞进行动态观察。结果表明:两种系小鼠感染日本血吸虫后肥大细胞均明显增多。ICR小鼠于感染的15天肥大细胞逐渐增率,至45天达最高峰,而瑞士杂交小鼠于感染的15天肥大细胞逐渐增多.一直增至实验结束(感染的第60天)。两种系小鼠轻、重感染组间无显著差别。推测肥大细胞参与结肠的炎症反应或机体的防御作用。
Dynamic observation of colonic mucosal mast cells after infection with different kinds of schistosoma japonicum by toluidine blue staining. The results showed that both mast cells in mice infected with Schistosoma japonicum significantly increased mast cells. The number of mast cells in ICR mice increased gradually 15 days after infection, reaching the highest level in 45 days, while the number of mast cells in Swiss crossbred mice increased 15 days after infection. It increased to the end of the experiment (60 days of infection). There was no significant difference between the two strains of mice in the light and heavy infection groups. It is speculated that mast cells participate in the inflammatory response of the colon or the defense of the body.
