2014年是米贝苗族乡建乡30周年,自2011年起,乡党委、政府就开始着手筹划乡庆系列项目,通过多次干群民主商议,在县政府第十五届51次常务会上,共确定了14个乡庆建设项目,总投资3530万元,已累计完成投资2800万余元。乡庆重点项目将给米贝带来广泛、深远的影响,助米贝发展跃进。米贝苗族街开发▲米贝苗族街位于米贝村寨上组,占地17.6亩,开发面积为11080平方米,总投资600万元,主干道长75米,宽14米,可容纳商铺98户。建成后,将集商贸物流、民族、民俗、交通于一体,大大缓解米贝集镇的农贸交易和交通压力,促进市场的繁荣和经济的发展,进一步提升集镇品位。
