以玉米杂交种川单15号为基础材料,通过复合化学药剂“40mg/L MH+4%DMSO+MS培养液”注射花丝诱导孤雌生殖,经自然加倍获得玉米分离变异材料。采用南北穿梭加代系谱育种法,用自交系R08作测验种,在M3及其衍生的M5分离世代连续选择优良单株测配和选育,育成玉米新自交系K363及其组配的杂交种正红211,提高了育种效率。正红211在四川省区试中平均产量为7183.6kg/hm2,比对照川单15号增产10.0%;籽粒粗淀粉含量高达79.6%;并具有抗病、抗倒伏力强,株型好和适应性广等特点,适宜丘陵山区种植,具有广阔的推广应用及加工利用前景。
The maize hybrid variety Chuan Dan 15 was used as the basic material to induce parthenogenesis by injecting the filament of the compound chemical “40mg / L MH + 4% DMSO + MS medium”. The breeding of maize new inbred line K363 and its hybrids was bred by the combination of north-south shuttle plus generation-line breeding method and inbred line R08 as the test species in the M3 and its derived M5 segregating generations.
