在作者提出的营养诊断方法中,钙的测定系用偶氮胂Ⅰ光度法,镁的测定用达旦黄光度法。由于偶氮胂Ⅰ试剂的水溶液稳定性较差,而达旦黄法则因试剂质量问题对方法的灵敏度有极大的影响。故本文在条件试验的基础上提出两个新的方法;即用偶氮氯膦Ⅲ光度法测定钙;用偶氮氯膦Ⅰ光度法测定镁。实验结果证明,这两个方法简便快速,具有较高的准确度和精密度。现将测定方法详述于后。
In the nutrition diagnosis method proposed by the author, the determination of calcium is based on the arsenazo I photometric method, and the determination of magnesium is based on the photometry of the daidan yellow. Due to the poor stability of arsenazo I reagent in aqueous solution, the dyne yellow method has a great influence on the sensitivity of the method due to the reagent quality problem. Therefore, this paper presents two new methods based on the condition test; that is, the determination of calcium by chlorophosphonazo Ⅲ spectrophotometry; chlorophosphonazo Ⅰ spectrophotometric determination of magnesium. Experimental results show that these two methods are simple and fast, with high accuracy and precision. Now the determination method described in detail later.
