国产新药利福定,化学名为异丁基哌嗪力复霉素,英文名为(3—4—lsobutyI—1—piperazinyl)rifamycinsv。本药与利福平是同一类型的化合物,只是在奈环C~3侧链上的取代基团不同,前者为异丁基,后者为甲基,但利福定对结核杆菌,麻风杆菌等分枝杆菌活性较利福平为高,而毒付作用较少,本文从细胞,亚细胞及分子水平上初步探讨了两药的抗菌作用方式的同异。用常规的二倍稀释法比较了两药对大肠杆菌及金色葡萄球菌209p的抗菌活性,可见两药对阴性菌的Mlc较高,其Mlc一般为1.56ug/ml~6.25ug/ml之间,MBC为12.5~25ug/
