煤炭的洗选就是除去不可利用的杂物,分选出可利用的产品,产品又分为不同等级。分选不同等级的产品就存在产品数量分配的问题,本厂结合生产实际,在满足产品质量要求的前提下,调整工艺流程和参数,尽量压缩低效益产品的量,提高高效益产品的量。结合最大精煤产率原则,本文提出了“最高产率原则”这一概念。
Coal washing is to remove non-use of debris, sorting out the available products, the product is divided into different grades. Sorting different levels of products there is the issue of the number of products assigned to the factory combined with the actual production, to meet product quality requirements under the premise of adjusting the process and parameters, as far as possible to reduce the amount of low-cost products and improve the amount of high-efficiency products. Combined with the principle of the maximum yield of refined coal, this paper proposed the concept of “the principle of the highest yield”.
