青光眼滤过性手术失败的最主要原因是手术区的瘢痕化。本文对t-PA预防滤过性手术瘢痕形成的作用进行了研究。10只新西兰兔双眼行常规小梁切除术,手术结束时,随机选一眼前房内注入t-PA(25μg),对侧眼注入等量生理盐水作对照。术后2周,对病理切片上的瘢痕进行形态学测量分析,其结果显示t-PA治疗组巩膜表面的瘢痕面积明显少于对照组(P<0.002),t-PA对术后的眼压无影响,未见药物的毒性作用,并发症很少。
The main reason for the failure of glaucoma filtration surgery is the scarring of the surgical area. This article studies the role of t-PA in preventing scarring during filtration surgery. Ten rabbits in New Zealand rabbits underwent conventional trabeculectomy. At the end of the operation, t-PA (25 μg) was injected into the anterior chamber randomly and an equal volume of saline was injected into the lateral eyes. Two weeks after operation, morphological measurements of the scar on the pathological section showed that the scleral surface area of the t-PA treated group was significantly less than that of the control group (P <0.002) No effect, no toxic effects of drugs, few complications.
