多年来,实验小学的愉快教育、环境教育、诚信教育、感恩教育、艺术教育及二十多项科研实验已经取得了很好的效果,但优势特色并不明显。对怎样形成鲜明的办学特色,我们进行了一些实践探索。多元智能特色的确立广征博采,去粗取精我校创建学习型组织,一是开展师生大讨论,广泛征求意见;二是走出去请进来,学习借鉴先进经验;三是加强自我反思,力争自我超越。学校用哈佛大学心理学教授霍华德·加德纳提出的多元智能理论作为指导,创建多元智能教育特色学校。
Over the years, Happy Primary Education, Environmental Education, Honesty Education, Thanksgiving Education, Art Education and more than 20 scientific experiments have achieved good results, but the advantages and features are not obvious. How to form a distinctive characteristics of running a school, we conducted some practical exploration.
