按照《国有企业领导人员廉洁从业若干规定》的要求,国有企业积极谋划开展岗位廉洁教育活动,对于保证国有企业改革发展健康顺利进行、促进国有资产保值增值、保障国家和出资人利益、维护职工群众合法权益、促进企业科学发展等方面,都具有十分重大的意义。笔者结合近几年来在纪检监察岗位上做的一些研究和探索性工作,认为运用三个机制加强廉洁从业教育引导,筑牢预防腐败的第一道屏障,是保证廉洁从业的一条有效途径。
In accordance with the requirements of the “Provisions on Clean Government Practitioners for State-owned Enterprise Leaders”, state-owned enterprises are actively planning to launch honest education activities in positions that are conducive to guaranteeing the smooth and healthy development of the reform and development of state-owned enterprises, promoting the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets, safeguarding the interests of the state and investors, Legal rights and interests, promote scientific development of enterprises, etc., are of great significance. Based on some research and exploratory work done in discipline inspection and supervision in recent years, the author thinks that using three mechanisms to strengthen the guidance of honest education and build the first barrier to prevent corruption is an effective way to guarantee clean and honest employment.
