说来也怪,印度竟然没有药品和保健品广告。印度电视台、电台、报章杂志的广告多是家电、化妆品、食品、汽车等商品,惟独没有药品和保健品。当地一家电视台负责广告业务的人士说,印度政府对药品的价格有严格的管理制度,按质论价,对国际品牌公司或印度本土公司生产的药品一视同仁。医药公司没必要通过广告推销自己的产品。
It is strange to say that India has no advertisements for medicines and health products. Indian television, radio, newspapers and magazines are mostly home appliances, cosmetics, food, automobiles and other commodities. There are no drugs and health products. A person in charge of advertising at a local television station said that the Indian government has a strict management system for the price of medicines, and it is based on quality criteria and treats drugs produced by international brand companies or Indian companies on an equal footing. Pharmaceutical companies do not need to sell their products through advertising.
