本文采用金相、扫描电镜、电子探针和X射线衍射等分析技术研究了感应料浆法(GL)渗铝钢渗层的成分和相组成特征。试验结果表明,GL渗铝层主要由a-Fe(A1)固溶体、Fe_3Al和FeAl相构成。不存在含铝较高的FeAl_2、Fe_1Al_5和FeAl_3等脆性相,故而渗铝钢的抗变形能力和焊接性能都是较好的。
In this paper, the composition and phase composition of the aluminized steel infiltrated by inductive slurry method (GL) were studied by means of metallographic examination, scanning electron microscopy, electron probe and X-ray diffraction. The experimental results show that the GL aluminized layer is mainly composed of a-Fe (Al) solid solution, Fe 3 Al and FeAl phases. There is no brittle phase such as FeAl_2, Fe_1Al_5 and FeAl_3 with high content of aluminum, so the deformation resistance and weldability of aluminized steel are better.
