目的:探讨三维超声在产前诊断胎儿畸形中的临床应用价值。方法:选取2013年1月至2015年1月在我院做产前超声检查的中晚期妊娠妇女620例作为临床研究对象,依据超声检查方式对患者进行分组:对照组310例,采用二维超声检查;观察组310例,采用三维超声检查。比较两组孕妇的胎儿筛查结果。结果:观察组胎儿的体表畸形诊断准确率(92.11%)明显高于对照组(73.68%),结果比较具有明显差异性(P<0.05)。结论:三维超声检查在产前胎儿畸形诊断中的应用价值高,值得推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of three-dimensional ultrasound in prenatal diagnosis of fetal malformations. Methods: From January 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital do prenatal ultrasound examination of 620 cases of pregnant women in the late pregnancy as a clinical study object, according to the way of ultrasound examination of patients were divided into groups: control group of 310 patients with two-dimensional ultrasound Inspection; observation group 310 cases, using three-dimensional ultrasound. Fetal screening results of two groups of pregnant women were compared. Results: The diagnostic accuracy rate of body surface abnormalities (92.11%) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (73.68%), the results were significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion: The value of three-dimensional ultrasonography in the diagnosis of prenatal fetal malformations is high and worthy of promotion.
