Platelet-activating factor (PAF) is a widely bioavailable ether phospholipid. In this experiment, rabbit SMAO shock model was used to observe the changes and sources of PAF in shock. The results showed that plasma PAF activity (9.71 ± 1.26 AU / ml) after clamping the SMA for 1 hour was significantly lower than that of the sham group (6.29 ±
