条播条灌播种机施水性能研究

为解决旱区播种出苗保苗问题 ,设计研制了可一次性实现开沟、施肥、灌水、播种、覆土等联合作业的条播条灌播种机。就施水量的确定方法、水箱的配置、管道直径的确定等进行了讨论。试验结果证明 ,该机性能可靠 ,结构简单 ,是旱区保苗播种的理想机具。 In order to solve the problem of seedling emergence and seedling protection in arid areas, we designed and developed a strip-fed irrigation sowing machine that can realize the combined operations of ditching, fertilizing, irrigation, seeding and casing. The method of determining water supply, the configuration of water tank and the determination of pipe diameter are discussed. Test results show that the aircraft performance reliable, simple structure, seedling planting in arid area is the ideal machine.
