现将我院1982至1985年住院新生儿中发现的28例新生儿感染合并心律失常报告如下。资料分析:发病日龄～1周7例,～2周12例,～4周9例。男18例,女10例。心律失常的类型为传导异常11例,其中Ⅰ°房室传导阻滞8例,Ⅱ°房室传导阻滞1例,Ⅲ°房室传导阻滞1例,Ⅰ°房室传导阻滞伴左前半支阻滞1例。激动起源异常17例,其中窦性过缓并不齐3例,偶发结早1例,偶发室早1例,频发室早1例,频发多源房早伴短阵房速1例,房颤2
Now in our hospital from 1982 to 1985 in-hospital newborns found in 28 cases of neonatal infection with arrhythmia reported below.
